Chessy Slater

Born in Brooklyn and raised in London, Chessy Slater holds a Master’s degree in Psychosocial Studies with a focus on Biopolitics from the University of London. With nearly 20 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, and partnerships, she is also passionate about volunteer work, having served as PTA President, Senior Leadership Team member, and Board Member at various schools. A proud mother and step-mother to Ladybird, Franklin, and Lucian, Chessy is often found with her husband Paul cheering on her sons at ice hockey rinks, running, or hiking with her dogs. She is excited to bring her extensive professional experience and dedication to community engagement to Maple Street School.
