Parent Involvement

The parent-school partnership is critical to a positive educational experience. And it can also be … fun!

Our energetic Parent Association provides ample opportunities for you to get involved with your child’s school. The PA organizes events like family dances or game nights, after-school Halloween festivities, and the beloved weekly tradition of Thursday Lunch. The PA also handles teacher appreciation throughout the year. There are many ways to get involved, to fit a variety of schedules.

Monthly PA meetings are open to all parents. Can’t make the meetings? Not to worry. One to two Grade Parents from each grade attend all PA meetings and coordinate with their class.

Whether you pop in for a few minutes for a casual coffee at Monday dropoff, stay with other parents to watch All-School Meeting, make it a habit to come in and volunteer on our yearly service day, or carpool with friends to our Fall and Spring parent socials, there are so many ways to connect as parents and build an ever-stronger Maple Street community.
