Maple Street School seeks a warm, collaborative, and reflective early childhood educator to join our vibrant school community. This is a 10-month co-teaching position for an educator who is deeply committed to joyful, play-based learning and who believes in the power of strong relationships to support the growth and development of young children. The ideal candidate brings a genuine love of working with children ages 3–5, a thoughtful and observant approach to classroom practice, and a desire to contribute to a culture of collegiality, professional growth, and shared purpose.

Teachers observe and document children’s growth and use those insights to guide curriculum and extend learning. We seek an educator who will embrace these values and help cultivate a classroom environment in which every child feels known, valued, and celebrated.
