Erica joins Maple Street School after more than 20 years at American Express, where she held leadership roles across product development, marketing, and operations. She brings extensive experience in project management, collaboration, and organizational leadership to her role supporting Maple Street’s Advancement and Finance teams.

An active member of the local community, Erica has served on several area boards and spent many years coaching youth lacrosse. As a local parent, she is excited to bring her experience to Maple Street and support its students, families, and staff.
