Julie Mackey

Ms. Mackey joined Maple Street in 2014 as an Upper School science teacher. She added admissions in 2020 and now serves as Director of Advancement and Enrollment. She and her husband, Tom, live in Manchester and are the proud parents of three Maple Street students. Prior to moving to Vermont, Ms. Mackey taught science at Walt Whitman High School in Maryland and then at Stratton Mountain School in Vermont. She has served as an instructional design consultant as well, integrating her knowledge of science into a holistic curriculum and serving as the coach of the science bowl team. She is an avid athlete, having coached and played lacrosse, tennis, and golf.
