Olivia Watanabe
Olivia Watanabe joins Maple Street School as our new Third Grade Homeroom Teacher. A recent graduate of the University of Miami with a B.B.A. in Marketing, Olivia brings a strong academic foundation—graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society.
Originally from Southern Vermont, Olivia is a graduate of Burr and Burton Academy and Phillips Exeter Academy, where she earned academic honors and national recognition as a two-time Lacrosse All-American. Her diverse experience includes administrative work at The Dorset School, internships at Horizon Media and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and research support at the University of Miami Business School.
Over the past year, Olivia has been a valued member of the Maple Street community, supporting students and faculty as a student teacher while gaining hands-on classroom experience. We are thrilled to welcome her into this new role as Third Grade Homeroom Teacher. Olivia’s enthusiasm for learning, dedication to young people, and deep connection to our community make her a wonderful addition to our faculty, and we look forward to the impact she will have on our students and families.
